New Feature Alert: Client Self Checkout - Simplified Appointment Processing for Your Clients

We’re excited to introduce a new feature designed to streamline how your clients manage appointments and payments. With this update, your clients will find it easier than ever to confirm and complete their appointments, ensuring that you get paid promptly.

Key Updates for Your Clients

1. Prioritized Appointments

Upcoming and Confirmed appointments will now be featured at the top of the client’s homepage. This change puts their most important bookings front and center, making it simpler for them to manage their schedule with you.

2. Seamless Payment Process

Clients can now click on a confirmed appointment directly from their homepage to open the details. Once inside, they have the option to adjust the tip or payment method as needed. After reviewing the details, they’ll click “Complete Payment,” which moves the appointment to COMPLETED status and initiates the transaction.

3. Flexible Appointment Management

From the same page, clients can also cancel, reschedule, or export their appointment details, giving them the flexibility to make changes as necessary.

What This Means for You

As a barber, you’ll be notified once a client completes their payment, allowing you to see that they’ve accepted the transaction on their end. Although you’ll still need to review the appointment, this feature will ensure you’re promptly informed when a payment is confirmed, making your workflow smoother and more efficient.
