Client Self Checkout: New Feature Makes Appointment Processing Easier

Managing appointments and ensuring your barber gets paid just got easier with our new app feature. We've enhanced the user experience by bringing Upcoming and Confirmed appointments to the forefront of your home screen, making it more convenient to manage your bookings.

How It Works:

1. Accessing Your Appointments

Simply navigate to the homepage of the app. Here, you’ll find your Upcoming and Confirmed appointments prominently displayed. Select the confirmed appointment you want to process by clicking on it.

2. Completing the Payment

After opening the appointment, you’ll have the opportunity to review and adjust details if necessary. Whether you need to change the tip amount or select a different payment method, the option is yours. Once everything looks good, click “Complete Payment” to finalize the transaction. This action will move the appointment into COMPLETED status, signaling that the payment process has been initiated.

3. Additional Options

From this page, you can also cancel or reschedule your appointment if your plans change. Additionally, there's an option to export your appointment details for future reference.

  • In case you have an issue or problem with the appointment, you can always click the gold 'MESSAGE' button on the top right hand corner and send them a note!

What It Means for Barbers

Once a client completes the payment, barbers will be notified that the transaction has been accepted on the client’s end. While barbers will still need to review the appointment details, this new feature ensures that they are promptly informed of the client's payment confirmation, simplifying the overall process.
