Filters Available
You can click on each filter to disable them and remove them from your calendar view!
To hide canceled appointments from your calendar, follow these steps:
Navigate to your calendar within the interface.
Locate the Filter button, which is situated in the top-left corner of your calendar view.
In the filter menu, find the 'Cancelled' option.
Uncheck the 'Cancelled' option to remove these appointments from your calendar display. These steps allow you to maintain a focused view of active appointments.
Requested: Yellow
Cancelled: Red
Confirmed: Blue
Completed: Green
No-show: Grey By leveraging this color-coded system, you can effectively manage your calendar display by filtering out specific statuses, such as hidden canceled appointments, ensuring clarity and reducing distractions. Note: Adjusting the canceled filter only hides the appointments from view; it does not delete them from the system.
Navigation Features
Today Button: Located next to the filters, this button will move the calendar day back to today.
Week View Expansion: Pulling down the week view will expand the calendar to show the full month, allowing for a broader overview of upcoming appointments.
Appointment Requested List : Upcoming appointments that require action. This list is crucial for managing pending appointments and ensuring they are confirmed promptly.
Plus Button Functions
The plus button allows you to:
Manually book an appointment
Add a blocked time frame
Open a time frame
Manually Booked Appointments
When an appointment is manually booked by a barber, their account will not be linked to the appointment. This feature is under development, and a release date has not been set. Currently, only appointments created by a client account will have their information added to the Client List.
For manually booked appointments:
The client will not receive notifications in the app.
The client will receive a text notification that their appointment has been booked.
NEW FEATURE: Clients can use the code or Link sent to them via SMS to add the appointment to their theCut account, if they have one, and set up an in app payment method!
