How to issue Refund?

Barbers have the option to issue refunds to clients in the event they were accidentally charged, overcharged or have cancelled appointments.

Refunds can be issued by going to the appointment's details and tapping the gold 'REFUND' in 'TRANSACTION DETAILS' page. Then you will be asked to confirm this action.

Once processed, it will take about 7-10 days for the refund to process but this also may depend on the clients bank. For more information we can recommend they check their bank for the status of the funds.

If the Refund button is not present they client may be seeing a preauthorization for the appointment. These are issued at the time of booking a Mobile Pay appointment. Pre-authorizations become expired/voided after sometime or if the appointment is declined/cancelled or completed as In-Shop (cash).

Clients can also reach out to their banks if they have any questions regarding pre-authorizations that have not been released.
