How to set up Mobile Pay?

Mobile Pay is subject to verification and is not exclusive to the PRO subscription. After applying for Mobile Pay in-app, it can take 1-3 business days for your account to be approved.

After it has been approved and enabled on your account, you can set up your preference between Mobile Pay and In- Shop.

We do recommend barbers set up Mobile Pay as the main option for their Accepted Payment Options. If you set up Mobile Pay as the only Payment option, you can then set up Cancellation and No-Show Policies. This lets you set up percentage of fees in case clients are to miss or cancel an appointment last minute.

Accepting Mobile Pay will also allow you to manage your deposits in app via our Payments Hub!

Completing an appointment

We recommend that barbers process their appointments while the client is still in the chair. This allows the barber the option to resolve any payment issues directly with the client and before they leave.

You can hit the green 'Complete' button to process the appointment. From there, on the next screen you can choose with their card directly, a reader if you have been issued one and tap to pay to use your own device as a reader.

You can also process using the 'Other' option, this will void out the preauthorization and assume that in person payment is being accepted.

After completing, the funds will take some time to process and be made available in the Payment Processing page.
