Are there In-Shop/Cash payment options?

We have a few options for Payment Methods that the client can use!

Depending on the barber, they may only accept Mobile Pay booked appointments but this does not mean you can't pay Cash. Feel free to message your barber in app to ask if they accept other forms of payment like Cash at the time of the appointment.

You can add in a Payment Method in app under your Settings tab! This can be removed at any time by swiping left or right on the entry!

We do have preauthorizations that are set for appointments booked using Mobile Pay.

Preauthorization: A preauthorization is a HOLD on the total amount for the booked appointments. The held amount is not immediately deducted but serves as a placeholder until the final transaction is completed. Once the actual transaction occurs, the preauthorization is replaced by the accurate charge, and any remaining funds are released back to the account. Funds remain in the account but are set to the side so they can be used for the appointment transaction.

Barbers can also offer Tap to Pay option in app as well as Cash App, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. Reach out to your barber to verify the options they have available!
