Using Tap to Pay for our Barbers!

In 2023, we introduced an exciting feature for barbers: Tap to Pay. This revolutionary payment method allows barbers to seamlessly process transactions using their smartphones as card readers, transforming the way they handle walk-in appointments and transactions within the app.

Step 1: Access Barber Home Begin by navigating to the Barber Home section within the app. Here, you'll find a range of options to manage your appointments and payments.

Step 2: Initiate the Transaction Once in Barber Home, locate and click on the "Charge" button. Here, you have the flexibility to input the specific charge amount or choose from the services listed in your Service List. This step ensures accurate and customized transactions tailored to your client's needs.

Step 3: Select Tap to Pay on iPhone Now, it's time to embrace the Tap to Pay feature. On your iPhone, select the Tap to Pay option. This action triggers your device to initiate the card reader, paving the way for a secure and efficient transaction process.

Step 4: Wait for the Reader to Load After selecting Tap to Pay, your iPhone will prompt the card reader to load. Keep in mind that the loading time may vary based on your network connection. Be patient during this process, as it typically takes a few minutes to establish a secure connection.

Step 5: Process the Transaction Once the reader is loaded, you're ready to process the transaction. Your client can now tap their card on your iPhone, and the payment will be seamlessly completed. This quick and convenient method enhances the overall client experience while providing a secure payment option.

Client just needs to adjust the tip and Sign and they are good to go!

By following these straightforward steps, barbers can easily leverage the Tap to Pay feature within the app, offering a modern and efficient payment solution for both barbers and their clients.
