Choose When Your Earnings Are Deposited
Your Deposit Schedule controls when available Mobile Pay funds are automatically sent to your connected deposit method.
Whether you prefer deposits every business day, once a week, once a month, or only when you initiate them yourself, you can choose the schedule that works best for your business.
Set Your Deposit Schedule
How to Update Your Schedule
Open Settings.
Tap Payments.
Select Deposit Schedule.
Choose your preferred schedule.
Tap the top right hand corner Checkmark to Save.
Once saved, future eligible deposits will follow your selected schedule.
Choose a Deposit Schedule
You have four options:
Schedule | How It Works |
Automatic: Daily | Receive a Standard Deposit every business day. |
Automatic: Weekly | Choose a specific weekday, Monday through Friday, to receive your Standard Deposit. |
Automatic: Monthly | Choose the 1st, 15th, or last day of the month for your Standard Deposit. |
Manual | Automatic deposits stop. Your available funds remain in your account until you manually initiate a deposit. |
Automatic: Daily
With a Daily schedule, available funds are automatically deposited every business day.
⚠️ Important: If you switch to a new Daily Deposit Schedule, it begins the following week. Changing the setting doesn't immediately start daily deposits.
Weekends, holidays, and bank processing times may also affect when funds arrive in your account.
Automatic: Weekly
A Weekly schedule lets you choose a specific weekday for your Standard Deposit.
You can select Monday through Friday.
This can be helpful if you prefer receiving your earnings on a consistent day each week rather than having multiple deposits throughout the week.
Automatic: Monthly
A Monthly schedule lets you group your available earnings into fewer deposits.
You can choose:
The 1st
The 15th
The last day of the month
This can be useful if you prefer managing your business income on a monthly schedule.
Manual Deposits
Choosing Manual turns off automatic deposits.
Your available funds will remain in your account until you choose to initiate a deposit yourself.
💡 Good to Know: Manual doesn't mean your funds are unavailable. It simply means theCut won't automatically initiate deposits according to a Daily, Weekly, or Monthly schedule.
Deposit Schedule vs. Deposit Method
These settings control two different things:
Your Deposit Schedule determines when available funds are sent.
Your Deposit Method determines where those funds are sent, such as your connected bank account or eligible debit card.
You can manage both from the Payment Processing Hub.
Good to Know
Deposit schedules apply to your Standard Deposits.
Changing your schedule doesn't change your connected Deposit Method.
Bank processing times can affect when a sent deposit appears in your account.
Weekends and holidays may affect deposit timing.
Selecting Manual stops automatic deposits until you initiate one yourself.
A newly selected Daily schedule begins the following week.
Best Practices
Choose a schedule that matches how you manage your business income and expenses.
Use Daily if you prefer funds moving to your bank regularly.
Consider Weekly or Monthly if you'd rather receive fewer, grouped deposits.
Use Manual if you want more control over when available funds are sent.
Review your Deposit Method whenever your banking information changes.
