💸 How Deposits Work: Standard vs. Instant

Here’s how your funds are deposited after using Mobile Pay, including processing times and what each deposit status means.

🎯 What’s Important:

After an appointment is completed with Mobile Pay, Tap to Pay, Apple Pay, or Cash App, your funds are deposited using Stripe, our payment processor. You can choose between two deposit methods:

💰 Deposit Options:

1. Standard Deposits (FREE)

  • Processing Time: Within 2 business days

  • Transactions after 5 PM ET are grouped with the next day

  • Weekend payouts land on Tuesday

  • Label: Standard ACH

2. Instant Deposits (1.5% fee)

  • Usually hit your account within 30 minutes to 1 hour

  • Label: INSTANT

  • Requires an eligible debit card on file

💡 Pro Tip: Want faster access to your funds? Check with your bank to see if your card qualifies for Instant Deposits!

📊 Understanding Deposit Statuses:

  • PROCESSING (Yellow Tag): Funds are in transit — just give your bank a little time!

  • SENT (Green Tag): Funds have left Stripe and are on their way. Final availability depends on your bank.

🚫 Failed Deposit?

No stress — if a deposit fails:

  • Funds will return and stay in your Stripe account until a successful attempt is made

  • Stripe will attempt the deposit again

  • Make sure your bank account and card info are up to date
