Setting up a Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We empower our barbers by giving them the autonomy to set policies that protect their time and optimize their workflow. To achieve this, we've streamlined our payment and Cancellation and No-Show policies, making them easy to understand and implement.

Head to your Settings tab and click Cancellation/No-Show policy!

1. Mobile Pay for Convenience and Protection:

  • To enable any policy, you will need to select Mobile Pay as the may. This ensures that all clients are subject to your fees, protecting your time and resources.

    • Please note that tips are not included in the amount subject to a fee.

2. Customizable Policies:

  • You have the flexibility to set up a percentage for your fees. This allows you to tailor your policies according to your preferences and business needs.

  • Additionally, you can set a time frame within which clients can cancel their appointments, with or without a penalty. This helps in managing your schedule effectively and minimizing disruptions.

3. Transparent Appointment Details:

  • After setting up your policies, all appointments booked will list the applicable policy on the details page. This ensures clarity and transparency for both you and your clients.

Recommendations for Communication:

  • We recommend mentioning your policies in your Auto Response. This ensures that clients are informed right away, allowing for smoother interactions and fewer misunderstandings.
