Welcome to the Payment Processing Hub, where you can manage essential business and personal details, deposit schedules, and view transaction information to keep your business running smoothly. Here’s a breakdown of what you can find:

Business & Personal Details

This section is where verification takes place. If any information needs updating, you can click ‘Edit’ to make adjustments, such as updating your SSN or EIN. This is also where you’ll find and manage your 1099-K info for end-of-year tax reporting.

Deposit Schedule

Choose the deposit schedule that works best for you! For more details, check out our article on Deposit Schedules here and a how to video here.

Deposit Methods

We accept bank accounts and debit cards as deposit methods, though some may be restricted by your banking institution. If you’d like to update your deposit method, simply add a new card, which will become your default.

Deposits

The Deposits tab provides a breakdown of all past deposits, including type, destination account, and date sent. You’ll also see the expected date of upcoming deposits, although this may vary depending on your bank’s processing times. If a deposit fails, our system will attempt to resend it either in full or in partial amounts to complete the transfer successfully.

Transactions

In the Transactions section, you’ll find a complete breakdown of fees associated with each individual appointment. This section helps you track your costs and earnings, keeping you informed and organized.
