How It Works:

  1. Setting Up Custom Policies:

    • Go to your Client List, select a client, click 'Edit' and define specific terms for their cancellation and no-show policy.

    • Within the client's profile, exempt them from the global policy, allowing them to book and cancel without being subject to a fee.

  3. Managing Policies:

    • From the Settings tab, view and update Global policies for all clients. Adjust terms based on client behavior or business needs.
