In this video you will see how to charge a fee for a Cancellation and No-Show client

Head to your Settings tab and Cancellation & No-Show tab in app to set this up!

* In order to set up no-shows fees and cancellation policies mobile pay MUST be the ONLY Accepted Payment Method

When you have enabled your policies on your account, any appointments booked after this action will be subject to a fee in the event of a cancellation or a no-show.

A penalty fee can be set as well as a cut-off time for last minute cancellations. An appointment must have been confirmed ahead of time to be marked as a Cancellation or No-Show. If the client is to cancel within the cut-off time, they will be notified of the possible charge. If a barber cancels an appointment, the funds will automatically be voided.

If the client does not communicate with you and you would like to charge a fee for your time, you can go in and mark the appointment as a No-Show. From there you will see the gold "Charge" button.

You will confirm the charge, the transaction will process and you should see your funds in a couple days.

Feel free to let us know if you have any further questions on this process or any other issues!

Thanks!
