We aim to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for both our valued clients and talented barbers. To achieve this, we have established clear policies regarding appointment cancellations, rescheduling, late arrivals, and tips on proper etiquette. Here's what you need to know:

1. Appointment Policies:

  • Cancellation and No-Show Policies are displayed on the booking screen right about the BOOK appointment. We encourage all clients to familiarize themselves with these policies to avoid any misunderstandings after booking.

  • Barbers have the option to charge a fee if there was an action that falls under their policy. Fees are not automatically charged.

2. Communication is Key:

  • We believe in open communication between clients and barbers. Clients can message their barber at any time to make changes to their appointment, such as changing the service or appointment time, or communicating tardiness or changes of plans. This ensures that both parties are on the same page and helps in accommodating any necessary adjustments.

  • Down on the bottom of the Appointment Details page will be the comment/conversation section!

3. Flexibility and Cooperation:

  • Barbers are often time open to working with their clients and can make changes on their end at the time of completing the appointment. This flexibility allows for a personalized experience tailored to the client's needs and preferences.

  • Some barbers do allow a Reschedule option but you may still be subject to Cancellation/No-Show fees. Be sure to reach out if you have any doubts!

Tips for Smooth Experience:

  • Arrive on time for your appointment to respect both your barber's schedule and the schedules of other clients. Feel free to message them when you arrive in shop!

  • If you anticipate being late or need to reschedule, communicate with your barber as soon as possible to make alternative arrangements.

  • Be respectful of your barber's time and effort by adhering to the agreed-upon appointment duration.

  • If you're unsure about any aspect of your appointment or our policies, don't hesitate to reach out to your barber for clarification.

By adhering to these policies and practicing proper etiquette, we can ensure a harmonious and enjoyable experience for everyone involved!
