In this video, we'll introduce you to our new Custom Cancellation and No-Show Policy feature. This powerful tool allows barbers to customize cancellation policies for individual clients or exempt them from a global policy, providing greater flexibility and control over your appointment scheduling. We'll guide you through the options and steps to set up and manage these custom policies, ensuring you can maintain both client satisfaction and efficient business operations. Let's get started!

💡 How It Works:

  1. Setting Up Custom Policies: ◦ Go to your Client List, select a client, click 'Edit' and define specific terms for their cancellation and no-show policy.

  2. Exempting Clients from Global Policy: ◦ Within the client's profile, exempt them from the global policy, allowing them to book and cancel without being subject to a fee.

  3. Managing Policies*: ◦ From the Settings tab, view and update Global policies for all clients. Adjust terms based on client behavior or business needs.
