Blocking a client from booking with you further is easy!

Head to your Client List and click into their Profile card from the list.

From there, click the grey 'Block' button! The client will no longer be able to book with you! You can always unblock them to allow them booking access once more!

Removing the client from your list by click the red 'Remove' button is a permanent action. If the client is removed from your list, you won't be able to unblock from your end. If you ever need a client unblocked that may have been removed, send us a message and we can get that resolved for you!
