Important Update for Barbers: Client-Initiated Rescheduling Now Available!

Exciting news, barbers! We've introduced a new feature that allows your clients to take charge of their appointment schedules with the Reschedule option.

Here's a quick rundown:

  1. Clients can access the Reschedule option from their Appointment Details page.

  2. A simple click on the gold 'Reschedule' button prompts them to choose a new time slot while keeping the same service.

  3. After selecting a new time, they just need to hit 'Reschedule' to confirm.

Please note:

  • Only clients have the ability to initiate rescheduling at this time.

  • In case you need to make changes, kindly cancel and rebook appointments on your end, or encourage your clients to take advantage of the Reschedule option from their side.

Remember:

  • No-Show or Cancellation fees for the original appointment may still apply based on your set policies.

  • Clients can find your contact details at the bottom of their Appointment Details screen if they have any questions or need to communicate changes.
