After an appointment is completed with Mobile Pay, Tap to Pay, Apple Pay or Cash App, funds can be processed and deposited 2 different ways.
With Stripe, our payment processor, deposits are sent within 2 business days depending on when the transaction was processed. We also have an Instant Deposit option for barbers with eligible debit cards on file ! Both options are available on the Payment Processing page.
Standard Deposits (FREE): 2 business days
Processed after 5 pm ET, grouped with next day
Processed over the weekend, paid out on Tuesday
Instant Deposits (1.5%): usually processed within an hour but can vary depending on your bank
Stripe supports Instant Deposits for debit cards that are eligible to receive them for a 1.5% fee per deposit initiated. Please feel free to reach out to your bank to verify your card is Instant Deposit eligible.
Once funds have been sent or are in transit to your account, the status will read a yellow ‘PROCESSING’ Please allow some time for the funds to process and be made "AVAILABLE" for deposit. In some cases, the Standard ACH deposit may read "SENT" but the bank will still need to process the funds on their end to make them available
If the deposit is listed in your Payments hub as a "Standard ACH" then it is a 2 day rolling deposit and if it is labeled "Instant" those typically take about 30 min to an hour to fully deposit.
Failed Deposit?
If you happen to see a failed attempt for a deposit, please be sure to verify the account and card status. The funds will return to your Stripe account and will attempt to process the deposit once more to the same account or move on to the next account on file.
