1. The Reschedule Button: Your New Best Friend 🟧

In the first phase of this feature, you’ll notice a new orange button on the Appointment Details page, marked ‘Reschedule’. Simply click this button when you need to make a change to an existing appointment. This simple action opens the door to a whole new level of scheduling flexibility.

2. Selecting a New Date and Time 📅

Once you hit Reschedule, the next step is easy. You’ll select the new date and time for the appointment. No more back-and-forth with clients—this feature lets you find the next available spot that works for both you and your client in just a few taps.

3. Understanding Policy Updates ⚖️

Since rescheduling might mean your client’s availability changes, you’ll be prompted to confirm that the original policies no longer apply to this appointment. It’s a simple reminder to keep things clear between you and your client, ensuring there are no surprises.

4. Finalizing the Update ✅

Once you’ve chosen the new time, click the yellow Reschedule button at the bottom to confirm the change. Your updated appointment will be set, and your client will automatically receive the new details, making sure everyone’s on the same page.
