How do Reviews work?

Reviews play a crucial role in shaping the reputation of service providers. Here's a breakdown of how reviews work within our platform.

Eligibility to Leave Reviews: Clients become eligible to leave a review on a service provider's profile once their appointment reaches either the Confirmed or Completed status. Even if an appointment is canceled, clients retain the option to leave a review.

In case of any disputes regarding a review, our platform employs a structured dispute resolution process. This does involve reaching out to the client for more information on their experience. This process typically takes 5-7 days to resolve. It's important to note that while we make every effort to address disputes, there is no guarantee that a review can be removed. We highly suggest barbers reach out to the client and attempt to resolve any conflicts directly.

Clients are permitted to leave only one review. However, if they choose to leave another, it will overwrite the previous review, updating both the description and rating. The review will remain in the original location after being updated. This ensures that the most recent feedback is accurately reflected on the provider's profile.
