We understand that reviews play a big role in your business—and that sometimes, things don’t tell the full story. If you’ve received a review that feels unfair, we’ve got a process in place to help.
🚨 Disputing a Review: Here’s How It Works
If you receive a review within the last 3 months that you believe is unjust or inaccurate, you can request a review dispute. This gives our team a chance to look into the situation and determine if the review qualifies for removal.
👉 Start the dispute process by messaging us in-app:
Go to Help & Resources and tap Send Us a Message,
or
Email us at [email protected]
Be sure to include:
A brief explanation of why you believe the review should be removed
Any screenshots or images that support your case (e.g. chat logs, examples of the service, etc.)
💬 Talk to the Client First (Highly Recommended)
Before starting a dispute, we strongly encourage you to message the client directly through the app. A personal message often clears up confusion or frustration before it escalates.
Clients often appreciate when barbers take the time to reach out and try to resolve things—this can even lead to a revised or improved review!
⚖️ What Happens Next?
Once a dispute is submitted, our team will reach out to the client and allow time for them to respond or clarify their experience.
We’ll review all submitted info and determine if the review violates our policies.
Please note: we can’t guarantee that a review will be removed—but we are here to make sure your concerns are heard and fairly considered.
