How to dispute a review?

We recognize that there is a possibility of receiving an unfair review. To address this concern, we have implemented a dispute process that gives our barbers an opportunity to have the review further investigated.

If you come across a review posted within the last 3 months that you believe should be removed, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at [email protected]. Provide additional information explaining why you think the review is unjust, and we can initiate a dispute.

We strongly advise our barbers to first contact the clients directly when faced with a complaint. This initial communication can often resolve misunderstandings, as clients appreciate the effort to address their concerns.

In the interest of maintaining a fair and just review system, we allow time for clients to provide feedback or any additional information. It's important to note that, despite this process, we cannot guarantee the removal of a review.
