Looking for a fresh cut? Head to the Search tab in-app and type in your ZIP code. Barbers nearby will instantly populate, sorted by distance — talk about convenient! 👀✂️

✅ Book with Confidence

See a barber with 🔥 reviews and clean cuts? Tap Book, choose your service, select your time, and pick your payment method. If your barber has Mobile Pay enabled, you can even pay with Mobile Pay, Apple Pay, or Cash App 💳📲

📅 Stay in the Know

  • You’ll get a confirmation email right after you book!

  • Your Appointment Details page in-app has everything you need — service, time, location, and more.

  • Prefer reminders? Export it to your phone’s calendar and turn on extra notifications! 🛎️🗓️

💬 Message Your Barber

Need to ask a quick question? Click on your Appointment Details and use the in-app Messaging feature on the top right corner. Easy access, smooth communication. If your barber isn't responding:

  1. Access Your Appointment Details: Open the app and locate your most recent appointment with the barber.

    • Navigate to the appointment section within the app interface.

  2. Send a Message via the App: Tap on the appointment and use the messaging section to contact the barber. This ensures they receive a notification. It’s best to allow a reasonable wait time — for example, 24-48 hours — for a response before taking further steps.
