Generate a Report
How to Create a Report
Open Settings.
Tap Reports.
Select the report you'd like to generate.
Choose the applicable month, year, or date range.
Tap Generate.
Your report may take anywhere from a few seconds to a couple of minutes to generate.
Once it's ready, you'll receive a notification in the app.
Download or Share Your Report
Once the report has finished generating, open it from the Reports section.
From there, you can save or share the report for your records.
💡 Tip: If you're generating a report for taxes, financing, or another formal purpose, download a copy rather than relying on it remaining available indefinitely in the app.
How Long Are Reports Available?
Generated reports remain available in the app for 30 days.
Each report includes its own expiration date.
⚠️ Important: Download or save any report you want to keep before its expiration date.
Once the report expires, you'll need to generate a new one.
Understanding Gross Amount, Revenue, and Fees
Some reports include figures such as Gross Amount and Revenue to help you separate your Mobile Pay activity from your in-shop totals.
Gross Amount reflects your income before any Mobile Pay fees are deducted.
Revenue reflects the amount remaining after those fees are deducted.
The Transactions and Deposit reports include any Mobile Pay fees that were applied. To calculate your total fees paid, subtract Revenue from Gross Amount.
💡 This breakdown only applies to Mobile Pay activity — it's how you can tell your Mobile Pay totals apart from your in-shop (cash or Tap to Pay) totals, which aren't subject to Mobile Pay fees.
Tax Documents
The reports available in this section are business activity reports and are separate from official tax documents such as a 1099-K.
The IRS sets the federal reporting threshold for Form 1099-K, and it can change from year to year. As of now, that threshold is $20,000 in gross payments and more than 200 transactions in a calendar year.
If you meet that threshold, you can request your 1099-K directly from us at [email protected].
💡 Because this threshold is set by the IRS and subject to change, consult a qualified tax professional if you have questions about how it applies to your specific situation.

Generate reports for the correct month and tax year.
Download important reports before they expire.
Keep copies with your other business records.
Use the report that matches the information you're trying to review rather than relying on one report for everything.
If you're unsure how to report income or fees on your taxes, consult a qualified tax professional.
