Here, you can securely update your email address or password.
Forgot Your Password?
On the login page, select Forgot Password?
Enter your registered email to receive a password reset link.
Tip: Make sure emails from theCut aren’t going to your Spam folder to avoid delays.
2. Updating Your Mailing Address (for Tax & Payouts)
Step-by-Step:
Open the app and go to Settings.
Select Payment Processing.
Tap Business & Personal Details.
Click the Edit button in the top-right corner.
Enter your new mailing address.
Submit changes for verification through Stripe.
Verification Notes:
Stripe will verify your updated address, which may temporarily pause payouts. This usually resolves within 1 business day.
Have your driver’s license or required documents ready to streamline verification.
