In the login page in app, you are able to request a Reset Password Link. You will need to provide the email address that is linked to your barber account. Within a few minutes you should receive an email from us with this link. If not, please be sure to reach out to us in case there are some blockers!

Errors

For some of our users, if their device is connected to an unstable network, they may experience some issues logging in. These users will see 'Network Connection Error'.

We recommend switching from wifi to data or vice versa to determine which is the stronger signal. We have seen 2 bars or less cause some lag with login.

If you have full service but seeing a 'forbidden' error, you may have a secondary service setup on your device that may be blocking access to our servers. Please verify and turn off any VPN services that may be interfering.
