Errors
For some of our users, logging in may be challenging when their device is connected to an unstable network, leading to the display of either a "Forbidden" or "Network Connection Error" message.
To address this, we recommend troubleshooting by switching between wifi and data connections to identify the stronger signal. It's important to note that having two bars or less may contribute to login issues.
In cases where users have full service yet encounter a "Forbidden" error, it is possible that a secondary service on their device is blocking access to our servers. To resolve this, users should check for and disable any VPN services that may be interfering with the login process.
