Exciting News: Introducing Multiple Profile Types in Our App!

We're thrilled to announce a brand-new feature that’s going to take your experience to the next level: you can now add multiple profile types to your account! Whether you're a barber wanting to manage client appointments or a client curious about the barber's view, this update is designed with you in mind.

Switching Made Simple

Ready to dive in? Here’s how you can switch between profiles with ease:

  1. Open the Settings tab in theCut app.

  1. Click on the button located at the top-center of the screen to add a Client Profile.

  1. Select Create New Profile4. To switch back to your shop owner profile, use the same button.

4. Choose the profile type you want to add, and voilà!

Enhanced Insights for Barbers

Barbers, this one's for you! With this new feature, you can now peek into the client’s journey right within the app. It’s a game-changer for understanding your clients better and enhancing your services.

Need to make any changes? No problem! Simply click on Manage Account, and any details you update will automatically be linked to all your profile types. It’s a seamless way to keep everything consistent and up-to-date across the board.If your account is currently tied to a shop owner profile and you want full control, you’ll need to request the shop owner to remove your profile from their shop. Once removed, you will gain full control over your account and can manage details such as your shop’s address and operating hours.

Barbers with multiple locations feel free to reach out to us for more information on options available!If you encounter issues while switching profiles, ensure you are using the correct button in the Settings tab. If the issue persists, try restarting the app or updating to the latest version. For account ownership conflicts, contact the shop owner directly to resolve any disputes or issues related to account removal.
