Invite or Remove Barbers From Your Shop
As a Shop Owner, you can manage which barbers are connected to your shop directly from your Shop Owner Profile.
Use this feature to invite new barbers to join your shop or remove barbers who are no longer working at your location.
⚠️ Important: theShop is currently in BETA, so some features and steps may change as we continue improving the experience.
Invite a Barber to Your Shop
When a new barber joins your shop, send them your invite code to connect their profile to your shop.
How to Invite a Barber
Open your Shop Owner Profile home page.
Tap Invite Barber
Choose how you'd like to send the invitation:
Copy and share the invite code, or
Tap Share Invite Code to send it directly.
Once the barber uses your invite code, they can connect to your shop.
💡 Tip: Using Share Invite Code is the easiest way to send the code directly and helps avoid mistakes from entering it manually.
Remove a Barber From Your Shop
If a barber is no longer working at your shop, you can remove them from your Shop Owner Profile.
How to Remove a Barber
Open your Shop Owner Profile home page
Find the barber you'd like to remove
Click the 3 dot icon to the right of their name.
Tap Remove Barber From Shop.
Removing a barber unlinks their profile from your shop and allows them to manage their profile details independently.
What Happens Next?
Once a barber is removed, their profile is no longer connected to your shop.
They can update and manage their own profile details independently.
If a barber wants to leave your shop themselves, they can contact our Support team for assistance.
