If you had an issue with your appointment — whether your barber missed the appointment, arrived late, or the service didn’t go as expected — theCut makes it easy to message your barber directly or leave a review to share your experience.

This guide will walk you through both options so your feedback is heard and your concerns can be addressed.


1. Contacting Your Barber

If you’d like to message your barber about the appointment:

  1. Open the Appointments tab in the app.

  2. Select the appointment in question.

  3. Scroll down to the Messages section.

  4. Type your message and send — your barber will receive it instantly.

💡 Tip: Messaging your barber first can often clear up misunderstandings or help arrange a solution before leaving a review.


2. Leaving a Review

If you’d like to share your experience for others to see:

  1. Open the Appointments tab.

  2. Select the completed appointment.

  3. Tap Leave a Review.

  4. Rate your experience (1–5 stars) and add comments about the service.

  5. Submit — your review will appear on the barber’s profile.


3. When to Use Each Option

  • Message the barber if you’d like to resolve an issue directly or ask about what happened.

  • Leave a review if you want to share feedback for future clients or highlight exceptional service.
