You can now generate reports directly in the app to view, download, or share important appointment and income documentation — all in just a few taps.

🧾 Available Report Types

You can generate the following reports right from your account:

  • 💰 Income Report

    • Full year summary

  • 📅 Appointments Report

    • By month and year

  • 💳 Transactions Report

    • By month and year

    • Contain fees paid *

  • 🏦 Deposit Report

    • By month and year

    • Contains fees paid *

These reports are perfect for taxes, disputes, loans, or keeping your business records organized.They are especially useful for preparing tax documentation, as they provide detailed financial data such as Gross Amount and Revenue, which are essential for calculating fees.

*To calculate the total fees paid, subtract the Revenue from the Gross Amount. The Gross Amount represents the total income before any deductions, while the Revenue is the amount received after fees were deducted. By subtracting the Revenue from the Gross Amount, you can determine the total fees paid across both the Transaction and Deposit reports.

⚙️ How to Generate a Report

  1. Head to your Settings tab in the app

  2. Select Reports

  3. Choose the report type and date range

  4. Generate your report 🎉

    1. ⏳ Report generation may take a few seconds up to a couple of minutes. Once it’s ready, you’ll receive a notification in the app letting you know it’s available.

⏰ Important Things to Know

  • 📂 Generated reports stay available in-app for 30 days

  • 🗓️ Each report clearly shows its expiration date

  • 📥 Be sure to download or save your report before it expires

  • 1099s are not included in this since they are provided by Stripe directly
