How to Communicate with Your Barber Through theCut App

Did you know you can now message your barber directly in-app? TheCut provides a simple and user-friendly way to stay connected with your barber regarding your appointments. By utilizing this feature, you can efficiently address any queries or updates concerning your scheduled visits.

The messaging option is now available in the top right corner of the Appointment Details page. Tapping this opens a new page where you can view the full conversation history.

Steps to Message Your Barber

  1. Open theCut App: Launch the app on your device.

  2. Navigate to Your Booked Appointment: Tap on the appointment you have already scheduled with your barber.

  3. Access the Comments Section: Below the appointment details, you’ll find a section to leave comments.

  4. Write Your Message: Type your message or concern in the comments section. Be clear and concise about what you want to communicate.

  5. Await a Response: Your barber will be able to read these comments and respond as necessary. Keep an eye on your messages for any updates.

Your barber may utilize this messaging feature to update you about any changes to the appointment or provide additional instructions. Feel free to take advantage of this communication tool to check in with your barber, ask questions about parking, or address any inquiries related to your appointment.
